We have been keeping bees on the Central Coast since 2009, through many droughts and storms. However, the incursion of the Varroa Mite has brought the worst of all. Along with many (most) other beekeepers on the Coast, many of our hives have been euthanised to protect the rest of the bee/honey industry. This has brought us great sadness.
